wellbeing is more than the absence of illness  it’s the presence of connection, clarity, vitality, and purpose across every part of your life. It’s how you feel in your mind, body, and spirit. It’s how you relate to others, manage stress, navigate change, relationships and connect to something greater than yourself, whether that’s community, culture, or inner truth.

 

At Summit of the Soul, we honour the belief that true wellbeing is holistic . That means looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and what might contribute to  your emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.

Our sessions are collaborative and empowering. We begin by mapping your current wellbeing landscape, identifying the areas that feel out of balance, and exploring what tools, referrals, or practices may support your growth.

 

Whether it’s through body-based regulation techniques, somatic awareness, biohacking strategies, lifestyle support, or soulful conversation, this is a space to realign with your most authentic self.

My journey into wellbeing wasn’t just professional it was personal.  After being diagnosed with complex PTSD, I was offered surface-level support, but no one asked why my system was so inflamed or dysregulated.

 

No one looked deeper into how trauma had impacted the chemistry of my brain, how my gut health and hormonal imbalances were directly linked to my mood, or how my nervous system was stuck in cycles of survival, reacting to outdated beliefs and emotional patterns I had carried for years.

 

I didn’t just need a diagnosis, I needed a map because I felt as if I was just navigating a mountain with no idea on where I was going. When I finally began to explore my wellbeing from a whole-person lens, mapping each area of my life, understanding the relationship between my body and my emotions, and gently realigning one piece at a time, everything shifted.

 

It didn’t happen overnight, and every day we put in the work but step by step, I found my way back into balance, clarity, and deeper self-connection. That’s what I now offer others through Summit of Self  the ability to create the roadmap I wish I had earlier. the supports and tools that aid in recovery and the ability to learn the skills to continue to use long after our sessions
